Its accounts are certified by an independent auditor. This title is granted by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
LIMA CAPITAL is administered by professionals in the financial sector, the majority of whom also exercise management functions approved by the CSSF.
LIMA CAPITAL is composed of 1,000 autonomous sub-funds allocated to securitisation transactions, each corresponding to a separate part of its assets. Both under the Articles of Association and under the Securitisation Act, the sub-funds and the company itself may not be summoned into bankruptcy or put into liquidation for any reason whatsoever. This feature guarantees the absolute security of the securitised assets.
