As part of securitisation activities, LIMA CAPITAL must collect and process data concerning you. This data is collected directly from you and, if necessary, from other legal or natural persons for special purposes.
These data may be communicated to third parties, in particular to legally authorised partners involved in securitisation transactions such as banks or Luxembourg government departments.
This communication of data is made mandatory in the exercise of our regulated activities and to carry out the due diligence required by the various laws in force.
The personal data collected are processed in strict compliance with professional secrecy and are not transferred to third parties other than those interested/participants in securitisation services (even if they are not included in the list given above by way of example). No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Your data will be kept for 10 years from the date on which the parties enter into a relationship.
You have a right of access, rectification, portability, opposition, limitation, deletion (except in cases where the regulations do not allow the exercise of these rights) of data concerning you directly to the Data Protection Officer appointed by LIMA CAPITAL. Email: rgpd@limacapital.eu
